Digimon Arena Finale 2023: The Clash of Kizuna

I'm super excited for this event!

And I have been preparing myself for this event, as this will be my return appearance, so I gotta look good!

The categories are as follows:

1. Open two prong.

this categories will allow any Digivices ever release by Bandai to be used in this tourney, but there's a catch: you can only bring ONE that is compatible with everything. That's basically covers all the Japanese release devices. This time, they're banning D-3 and D-Terminal.

During my time as the President of KKDT, I would follow the ban-list set-upped by Digi-Destined Malaysia, this to synchro with what they decide as "the best way to organize", also, they happened to be the only closest source out there we have as reference. We even followed the unbanning of D-Terminal (JP) as they actually defeatable, provided you have the right "method" to win. I used D-Cyber to beat D-Terminal (JP).

D-Terminal was unbeatable back then, as many had known how to do it, and it has over hundreds of Digimon to choose from to fit the battle situation. D-3 on the other hand also shown the possibility to do so, by changing it's attribute.

So for this category, I planned to battle with my D-Cyber.

The D-Cyber is the best device with the most compatibility with every other device ever release, with the exception of Digimon Color. This also happens to be one of the stronger Digimon device. So I have high hopes on winning this category.

2. Open Vpet X (Level VI only)

This is a tricky category, only allowed to use ONE Level VI Digimon. Meaning I don't get to use the strongest Digimon available. One Level lower than them. Which I do not have any prepared. The Digimon in this Level varies from one another, picking one would be tricky too. So I hoped I picked the right one with my Vpet X2 Red.

3. Open Vpet Color (Level VI only)

I am not aware how to see the Level stages for Colors, no indication so I just go along with how the organizer says. I would prefer calling it the Ultimate Level. Or Mega Level as most of the English spoken community says.

I do not have much choice of Digimon available, since I currently only own ver.1 & ver.2. So I hope in between these 2 I get to pick the right one. I also hoped my Training regimen for them would be fruitful!.

4. Vital Bracelet Arena

This is the only online battle for Digimon. I not sure how much will affect the outcome, whether by power, numbers of training or anything else, this would be a very difficult battle. I haven't acquired any higher than SR traits. Also my BEDims are not wide variety. This will be my first time for such category.

So...

This post turned out to be longer than usual. I just hope I get to have fun and possibly win some. Many new members participating em, unlike back then I almost know how to Win most of the matches.

DAF2023:TCK - Vital Bracelet Arena

Smart phone Official Digimon Battle Application! Here’s the bracket for the tournament! Only 7 participant joined. And I managed to get the ‘bye’! The format will be double elimination format. Twice lost and all gone. Round 1 is held from 1st December 2023 – 4th December 2023. And I got lucky to auto win on round 1. My next battle which is the 2nd Round will be on 5th December 2023. I have chose my only 2 VB BE Digimon, Imperialdramon: Paladin Mode x2! Yes, I haven’t got the time to get other Dims but hey, gotta use whatever I have! Anyway, here’s some of my opinion on the match-up~ Match 1 is Yong vs Ah Fok, Alphamon: Ouryuken & Diarbitmon vs Alphamon: Ouryuken x2. DAF2023:TCK – VB Arena: Post Round 1

I lost… Here’s the latest update on the Vital Bracelet Arena brackets. Apparently I lost fighting against Duo Alphamon:Ouryuken. My Duo Imperialdramon:Paladin Mode just aren’t cut it. vs It was once heck of a battle. My attacks just not going through at all! Alphamon’s defense are really high. I was confused during the battle. Then I realize what’s the actual problem. My Ability sucks… Yes that’s right, both of my Digimon’s Ability are only SR-level skill. Where as the rest of the participant are using UR-level skill. I’ve spent my tickets and no UR came to me. It really is a limited kind of Item. After the match, my opponent actually told me that it was EASY to get ’em, using some tricks, and those tricks just doesn’t feel right to me.
