Digimon Arena Finale 2023: Pre-Tournament Post

This is it~

Well here we are. After some weeks of protein feedings and training, a whole week of Vital Bracelet Battle, which I am out of the game, here we are today. In about 5 hours the battle begins~

So these are the 3 partners I have selected for my battles.

No. 1: Open 2-Prong Category, my choice of device is the D-Cyber Ultimate Digivice, the 3rd version of the D-Cyber series. The Digivice itself is a direct copy of the Pendulum X, but with 2 prongs instead. Reside within it is my trusted Alphamon:Ouryuken, but on the funny note the name given to him in this Digivice is Goldensword. The reason I chose this device is because not only it is one of the most competitive Digivice around, able to battle against the almighty D-Terminal (JP) head-to-head, also it has the best compatibility device around, basically has no connection issue, except with the new Digimon Color series. I’m pretty positive on this category, but I’m sure the battle will be challenging.

No.2: Open VpetX (DmX) Category (Level VI only). I picked Digimon X2, Black War Greymon. So according to the most trusted Digimon raising site by Humulos1, Black War Greymon is one of the Digimon with the highest DP amongst the Level VI. That’s one of the reason getting him as my partner, also why I picked this particular version is because this has not a complete album yet, it is freshly restarted with a blank one.

No.3: Open Vpet Color Category (Level VI only). I picked the version 2, and Skull Mammon is my partner in this one. This series has attribute to give advantage in battles, and seeing this is based on the original series, there are lot’s of Virus-type Digimon around. Hence I pick Skull Mammon with Vaccine attribute. Also at the time of preparation I haven’t gotten my Version 3, 4 & 5 yet. There will be some challenges where some Lv.6 will Jogress evo to Lv.7s, but I am sure with my training regime, we can out win them.

So these are my picks, I hope to at least win one of the categories. It’s been a long while since my last tournament, and even back then I don’t participate tournament, I organize them, So I may come out as a winner in one of them, or lose all of them.

Smart phone Official Digimon Battle Application! Here’s the bracket for the tournament! Only 7 participant joined. And I managed to get the ‘bye’! The format will be double elimination format. DAF2023:TCK – VB Arena: Post Round 1

I lost… Here’s the latest update on the Vital Bracelet Arena brackets. Apparently I lost fighting against Duo Alphamon:Ouryuken. My Duo Imperialdramon:Paladin Mode just aren’t cut it. vs It was once heck of a battle. My attacks just not going through at all! Alphamon’s defense are really high. I was confused during the battle. Then I realize what’s the actual problem. My Ability sucks… Yes that’s right, both of my Digimon’s Ability are only SR-level skill. Where as the rest of the participant are using UR-level skill. I’ve spent my tickets and no UR came to me. It really is a limited kind of Item. After the match, my opponent actually told me that it was EASY to get ’em, using some tricks, and those tricks just doesn’t feel right to me.
